To avoid a charge equivalent to a one-night stay, cancellations for nightly reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance, with a deadline of noon, 48 hours before the scheduled stay.
For weekly reservations, a minimum of 72 hours' notice is required to avoid a charge equal to a one-night stay. The cancellation deadline is noon, 72 hours before the reservation.
All cancellations are subject to a $10 administration fee.
